"Peggy, Louise, Veronica, Sue!"

Yes, these are familiar words from my childhood.  That is, when Mom got it straight.  Most of the time this phrase included all of my siblings' names: "Kath-, Kel-, Betsy, Peggy, Louise, Veronica, Sue!"  That's when we knew we were in trouble!  Poor Mom spent a considerable amount of time running around like a chicken with her head cut off, trying desperately to control her brood of four.  I have to hand it to her, for spending a good portion of childrearing being a single mom, she did pretty well.  Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would end up in the same position raising my own four little twirps!  And, oh, how natural it became to use the same attention-arousing phrase:   "Sara, Amber, Christopher, Tory, Louise, Veronica Sue!"  Who the heck cares what their real names were anyway;  as long as I had their full attention!

But, alas, I was saved by Prince Charming, amidst the turmoils of my incredibly eventful life.  Prince Charming's title soon turned to Superhoney, as he eagerly jumped in with his sleeves rolled up to assist me with my angelic tribe (please examine the faces of my children in the photos above to get the full jist of how truly angelic my brood was...pfff!). After all, he was just finishing up raising his own three angels (cough, cough, choke).  With his experience, this would be a piece of cake.

And so, the challenge...I mean, journey together began...but not without first sharing with you some interesting life stories before this chapter of our life...
